I am no Rastafarian, but after being food poisoned by meat the other day I decided to give your recipes a try. Nothing else I normally ate would stay down. The first thing that I made was the ital soup and now three days later I'm still on your page and I'm able to keep this food down. Thank so much! I have been regaining energy to be able to play with the kids and my husband LOVES the food :)
